RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFOMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ACUPUNCTURE TRAINING COURSE
In order to make successful completion of their studies, the participants are required to comply with the following rules and regulations.
RULES
1. Study hard and complete the study very earnestly.
2. Observe the Rules and Regulations for International Acupuncture Training Course.
3. Respect the teachers’, translators’ and the working staff’s teaching and guidance, as well
as caring for and helping the patients.
4. Observe the Chinese government decree and regulations, and conscientiously maintain the
public order.
5. Respect the Chinese people’s habits and customs.
6. The participants are requested to respect each other and be united friendly.
STUDY REGULATIONS
1. During the period of study, the participants are required to comply with the arrangements of
the training course and study regulations.
2. With a view of ensuring the completion of study task, the participants are required to observe
the study discipline. Do not be late, leave early and be absent without reason.
3. In class, the participants are required to observe the classroom discipline.
4. The participants should take part in the examinations according to the stipulations.
5. Certificates will not be issued to the participants who quit the training course halfway.
6. Students are advised to follow the arrangement by foreign affairs office for clinical practice and
please not change the clinic/hospital without special arrangement.
7. The participants are required to pay the tuition on the day of registration or before the course starts.
LIVING REGULATIONS
1. The participant should observe the rules and regulations for the dormitory of the China Beijing
International Acupuncture Training Centre.
2. Only with the permission of the office, the room can be changed.
3. The participants are required to pay the accommodation on time. For those who are in arrears
with the fees, the centre has right to take necessary measures.
4. The participants will be responsible for their medical expenses. However, those participants
who are entertained by the Chinese government, will have their treatment according to the
mutual contract.
5. During the study, those participants who would like to travel in China at their own expenses,
Beijing international Acupuncture Training Centre can help with the arrangements of the travel.
6. According to the Notice to WHO Collaborating Centres, it is not allowed to smoke inside the
building.
7. Please take good care of personal valuables.
8. The participants are required to keep the study and living environment quiet.
9. It is not allowed to use household appliances in the dormitory.
